Machining and forming
We use the latest CNC machinery with a machinig diameter up to 42 mm and machined workpiece length up to 500 mm. The machines are equipped with a counter spindle and bar material feeder for bars up to 3,300 mm long.
Winding
We use high-performance programmable Aumann, Meteor, Sipro and other winding machines with a capacity of up to 24 spindles. The diameter of wound wires is 0.02-1 mm. Automatic insertion of coil forms onto winding mandrels using trolleys is also possible.
Potting
The equipment designed for potting using a two-part substance provides the fixation of electrical or electronic components as the insulating agent against breakdown between the wound components loaded with hight voltage. Vacuum potting is also possible.
